Hiking Trails of Southern Indiana

There’s nothing like a little time spent with Mother Nature to clear your mind and refresh your soul. The median sales price for homes for sale in Spencer County was $120,226 in April 2017 compared to $112,767 during April 2016.


The number of Spencer County homes that sold was 24 in April 2017 and 17 in April 2016.


There are 30 homes in Spencer County that are in contract which represents 25% of the overall available inventory of 121 homes.

The William Tell Center will hold karaoke on Friday April 22. It is to be hosted by The Gatchel Outlaws.
