American National Insurance Ribbon Cutting & Cooking (July 28, 11:30am - 1:30pm)

There will be a ribbon cutting and cookout in honor of Angie Dubree’s American National Insurance business that she is opening.

Ice Cream Social (July 28, 5:00pm – 10:00pm)

Lincoln Hills Development Corp’s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is hosting its annual ice cream social on Friday, July 28 from 1-3pm at EUCC. GC3 (July 28, 6:30 pm – ?)
At Community Christian Church

GC3 will be held Friday and Saturday, July 28-29 at Community Christian Church in Tell City. The event offers an evening full of fun, food, games, the contemporary Christian band, Building Nations, guest speakers, a shirt, and a CD.  The event is free to all girls who will be going into grades 6 to 12. Honeybee Field Day (July 29, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm)
At Perry County 4-H Fairgrounds

The second annual Southern Indiana Honeybee Field Day will be held on Saturday, July 29, from 9 am to 4 pm at the Perry County 4-H Fairgrounds. Participants may choose between a beginner beekeeping track and an advanced beekeeping track and an advanced beekeeping track. Various demonstrations and vendors will be present throughout the day. At the end of the day, Perry County Beekeepers will give away at least one, possibly two, complete beehives, including bees. Cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple ($10 for each additional family member) if registered by July 14. To register, call (812) 547-7084
